Grey + Co Return Policy

At Grey + Co, we're committed to ensuring you have an exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help you find something you love.

Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure everything meets your expectations. If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Please see our terms for store credit and exchanges below.

Store Credits:
Eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Store credits will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Sale Items:
All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for store credits or size exchanges. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Sale items 
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • Intimates
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats

Returning Items:

  1. Complete the Return Form:
    Fill out the return form HERE. Include the original invoice in your return package.

  2. Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  3. Item Condition:
    All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags intact. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stains/elements. Non-compliant returns will be sent back to you at your expense.

  4. Tracking:
    Keep your return tracking number to confirm when your package is received, as we do not notify customers upon return arrival. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Processing Time for Returns:

  • Allow 5-10 business days for processing once received.
  • Once processed, you’ll receive an email with your store credit. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above.
